Key Partnership Terms

Agreement Term

Initial 12-month agreement with automatic 12-month renewals. Either party may terminate with 90 days' written notice.

Deal Registration & Protection

Partners receive 180-day exclusive deal protection upon registration. Unregistered deals are not entitled to partner pricing.

Non-Exclusive Rights

Partner rights are non-exclusive. Dudoxx may appoint additional partners in the same territory. Tier-based pricing is guaranteed for registered deals.

Payment Terms

Partners invoice Dudoxx on a regular cycle. Dudoxx pays promptly upon invoice. Partners are responsible for customer billing and collection.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by German law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hamburg, Germany.

IPO Continuity Provision

In the event of a Dudoxx IPO or acquisition, all active partner agreements remain in full force. Partner margins and deal registrations are protected for the remaining term of the agreement.
